International Museum Day Editathon 2025

To celebrate International Museum Day 2025, Wikimedia Bangladesh is organising an online edit-a-thon on Bangla Wikipedia, focusing on enriching content about museums in Bangladesh and India. During the event, volunteers will create and improve Wikipedia articles and Wikidata items to promote the importance of museums as spaces for cultural exchange, mutual understanding, and peace. The initiative is being conducted with the support of the Chattogram Wikimedia Community. The first edition of this edit-a-thon was held in 2024.
